Shipping: We ship globally! Please note that buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Loss in value will be applied if an item isn't returned in original condition and in a bubble mailer along with a tracking number. This is required.

Returns: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned nor refunded. Only non-personalized items can be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days, no questions asked.

Policy Cost: The insurance policy costs $10 for coverage of one item.

Coverage: The policy covers damage or loss of the insured jewelry item. In such cases, Sweet Signshine will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

Encouraged for Certain Customers: The insurance is particularly encouraged for customers who have a history of breaking or losing their items, as it provides financial protection in case of accidents or misplacements.

Multi-Item Discount: If a customer wishes to insure two items, the total cost would be $20, as each item requires a separate policy.
